What we never touch
Walls, paint, floors, cabinets, fixtures, windows, views or room size. We add furniture and decor to empty interiors. That's it.
Built for disclosure rules
Every staged photo comes with its original, named so the two sit side by side, plus copy-paste "Virtually Staged" labels and a public-remarks line. Many MLSs and California (AB 723) require this. Disclosure is still your responsibility, and we make it a 30-second job.
